”I would like to say thank you to Patty for making our check in process better than we ever had. We felt immediately welcomed , she was very sweet and kind after we had an AWFUL experience at a hotel across the street. We were instantly relieved ! Jaimee (I may have spelt that wrong ) the manager was amazing as well! You both made it so worth it for us that we plan on coming back time and time again ! Thank you!! ”

”While we didn't stay in the hotel room most of the time, I always look at how dirty or old the carpet, furniture, paint, and bathrooms are. The floor of the tub was chipping, but otherwise no problems! I would definitely stay here again. The staff was so friendly, even just a passing, "Have a great day!"”
”Place was so convenient. The manager stopped by our room with 3 cold waters shortly after arrival which was really appreciated. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and while we stayed in a pet friendly 2 queen room, there was no evidence of odor of other dogs. Room was a nice size. Overall I think great value. ”
”Weekend breakfasts ended too warly for us to enjoy, but the facilities were clean and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Pool looked nice and while the gym was small, it was clean and served our needs. Happy that they had EV Chargers available (ChargePoint)”

”Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. It’s well-located and easy to get in and out. There is a Starbucks at the entrance of the parking lot. It is a clean hotel, it needs a little remodeling, but it’s a clean hotel. The breakfast they offer has a good variety to choose from both hot and cold…..”
”The property was in great condition. The staff were always busy cleaning and making the grounds neat. The room was clean and plenty of space. The only thing our room didn't have was a place to hang our clothes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Access to the public transportation was easily accessible. The steep hill was the only difficulty, but they have golf carts to transport you to your cabin if needed so it was no problem for us. They also had lots of things for young children to...
”This was a very nice stay. It's not perfect, of course, but it's been renovated a lot. The room condition was very nice. The only issues were internet and no local or national (ABC, CBS, NBC) network channels that we could find. But you're not there to watch TV. The housekeeping was excellent. The general vibe was "everyone mind your own business" and we appreciated that. It's close to all the tourist stuff, so it was a great home base for us to see Lake George. Very enjoyable stay overall.”
