”Gracias”

”Fabuloso lugar y la atención de todo su personal es de mita alta categoría. Sin duda, recomendaré a mis amistades visitar este hotel.”

”Nice place overall, helpful staff and clean premises”

Super recomendado!”

”I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

”great property avg breakfast and rest”

”Hieno uusi hotelli, hyvät sängyt. WiFi voisi olla parempi ”

”The service, the food, and concierge service is amazing. The property itself is beautiful. The staff is great. Bruno is an amazing host. They really take care of you and want you to have a great experience. I booked several activities with their concierge service after coming from Machu Picchu. They accommodated some last minute requests and I am so happy that I used their concierge service instead of looking elsewhere to explore the Sacred Valley. They have the best communication and I...

”We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

”Very nice property in a quiet area with amazing mountains view.”

”great”

”I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well.”

”It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never...

”We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place”
