”Apparently a staff member called out for work. I'm assuming it was the person in charge who kept complaining to any employee within earshot about this person calling out. Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional.”

Only one bathroom upstairs. I was traveling with my mom, so it was a little tough to get her up and down the stairs. Central location and was perfect. The rooms were wonderful with plenty of space and comfortable bedding. ”

Recommend you raise the hotel price a couple of bucks and include these perks.
It simply looks like you are nickel and dimming your customers when you do this.
All in all our stay here was very good.”
