”The trip started at a low point because i requested an airport transfer since I arrived late at night. Unfortunately, the transfer was never communicated to the night staff according to them. When I asked that I receive I free transfer on my return trip to make up for this mishap, they declined. Overall the hotel is nice and spacious, the room was great for a longer stay or a bigger group. It gets very loud so I would've recommend for families.”

”The room was excellent and the staff is world class. The customer service here is exceptional and world standard. Everyone is friendly. Wonderful experience. Words are not enough, you just have to experience it.”
