Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

Check-in: 5 PM.
Check-out: 11 AM.

Other things to note

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities respectfully.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons
- We can accommodate one pet per reservation with a fee of $100.
- No smoke inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We have cameras at the front door and backyard for security reasons.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, the monthly rent includes up to $100 per month in natural gas usage, based on the utility provider’s bill. Any amount exceeding this allowance will be billed to the guest separately.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees, so on occasion. Despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
