We had an extremely disappointing stay that I would not wish on anyone. Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed was visibly dirty — it had strange white crystals on the sheets that were deeply concerning. One of the pillows had gum stuck to it, and there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed.
The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The floor was covered in black hair, and the toilet was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival.
We politely requested cleaning in the morning and reported the bathroom conditions to staff. When we returned to our room at 10 PM after being out for the entire day, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was in the exact same condition we left it — no cleaning, no linen replacement, nothing.
To top it off, the breakfast coffee was undrinkable. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and service is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
