”The lagoon view was gorgeous! I arrived at midnight, do I didn't know what I would see when I woke up. The staff was just awesome ❤️ Even with the time of crisis (series of earth quakes), they went over and beyond all expectations. They became my friends, my overseas family. I really hope to see you again and explore the beautiful country. Thank you ❤️”

”Great location. Good amenities. Menu options limited - but breakfast included. The room was very good with everything you need. WiFi could do with a boost.”

”Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard.”

”Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli hyvä. Huoneeni oli mukava, hiljainen ja hyvän kokoinen (se oli Orchid-huone). Nettiyhteys tosin pätki - viihdekäytössä se ei niin haitannut, mutta esim. etätöihin se ei toimisi, koska kokouksista ei tulisi yhtään mitään. Hotellin uima-allas oli ihan kiva, mutta jostakin syystä sillä oli tosi hiljaista, joten siellä sai olla rauhassa. Hotellin sijainti oli ihan Port Vilan keskustassa (200 m parlamentista) ja lähellä oli sekä ravintoloita että ruokakauppoja. Kaupunki...

”Nice overall”

”A quick overnight stay in town for our early flight out next day. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The queen bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels have stains on them. The curtains just about to fall apart. Some furniture has dusts on them. The only nice place is probably the small swimming pool. The traffic is quite noisy to late at night being on the main road. We wouldn’t again.”

”Breakfast was same every morning and expensive considering that they actually didn't cook it. Just yogurt, white non tasty bread and croissant, juice and fruits. Staff kept forgetting thing all the time and I had to remind them every day to bring me breakfast and don't take my laundry basket away etc... When I politely complained about service for stuff, their reactions were not apologizing. Instead more like I they showed some tiredness or were not happy that I say about things... ”

”Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....

”Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while...

”The hotel is clean, comfortable and a great location. All the staff are amaxingly friendly and helpfull. The pool was great. There is no restrant but it is only a short walk to some food outlets and a supermarket.”

”Loved everything about our stay! We only had five nights. Wish it had been more. Anne, Petter and staff were so welcoming and the care and small touches make it a special place. ”Great stay, the kitchen was a plus, also the food at the restaurant was magnificent! 5min by buss to city, also the buss only cost 1,5 dollars. Staff are wonderful, so kind and tentative! Would recommend to anyone!”
