”Fernando was great. He communicated with me well ahead of time and gave me every detail I could think of. He spent time with us during check-in to explain the items in the apartment such as a/c and the roll up shades. He also warned us of pickpockets, explained how to get around and gave us recommendations for various local restaurants. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. A ”

”Spacious, clean, renovated apartment with retro character elevator. Good kitchen facilities although the dishwasher quality is average. Washing machine is useful and our laundry dried overnight just with the central heating. Plenty of local restaurants nearby, about 20min walk to most of Rome sights. Can’t fault it except there’s 1 shower (the heading on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms). Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Rome. ”

”This stay was convenient to restaurants and it's about a 45-minute walk to the historic area. We appreciated the balcony and cozy bedrooms, which worked ok for 4 people. Getting into the building was a little frustrating because it was all done using our phones, yet our internet was inconsistent so it was hit or miss whether we could unlock the building door and then the apartment door. But everything else about the stay was positive, so five stars. ”

”Great location, beautiful old house right next to the botanical gardens and great restaurants. Walking distance to the major attractions. My room in the ground floor was spacious, had windows to the back garden, and was blessedly silent and cool. But it really was a little damp, even if the weather was hot.
Sadly the fantastic old ceiling beams were painted dull white, as were all the walls, too. ”
