”We had a great time at TownePlace. This is a wonderful place for families- nearby restaurants and stores are perfect for whatever you need. The rooms are very nice and clean. ”Walls were so thin I could hear entire conversations, light coming through a window above the door made sleep near impossible. The place was clean but the pillows were so hard my husband and I woke up with headaches. There wasn’t even a fridge in our room. We also asked the host for recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area and they never responded. I would not go back and don’t recommend. Any basic hotel will serve you better than this place”

”The room I book had a jacuzzi tub in it and when I walked into the room there was a live bug crawling around, went to the front desk and told them about the bug so they put me in another room. The same thing with the tub it was dirty, felt grimy, still had dead skin cells in it and I was not please. Went back to the front desk and told them I won’t be staying here and I got my security deposit back and left, never got my money back on the room I had spent.”
