”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown. ”Bed was comfortable, however bedding was not clean, had some food residue on comforter. Sheets were fine. It is not a great place if you are traveling with children. My mama gut was going off the charts. Not clean, the floor was sticky and I made my kids keep their shoes on until they were sitting on the bed. Towels smelled and it did not have a fridge/kitchen like advertised. We stayed one night and that was plenty. If you are a man just looking for a comfy bed, this is for you, but I don’t...

”Room was perfect for what I needed. I ended up needing to extend my stay by 3 days and they were able to accommodate me staying in the same room. If you travel with pets this is a good place to stay.”

”The rooms had lots of roaches. One of the refrigerators needed defrosting because a drink was stuck in there. Trash underneath the beds. One dryer doesn't get hot took my $2.00 and the other u literally had to hold the door in order for the dryer to get hot. No ice on either floor and the drink machine wasnt working. The shower was warm water and nothing in the vending machines and NO POOL”

”Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left.”
