”The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all”

”The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip.
