”This home is owned by a company with several properties in the area. The host communicated with us daily. However there are several things that could be improved upon.We arrived around 5pm in December so it was dark. The carport and entry were not shoveled and the exterior light wasn't on. ”Our family stayed at this location for our family Christmas. The property worked out perfectly for us. Well stocked board game area. Comfortable and large living room. Well stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is a “trundle” type bed in a converted office…good for kids, not so much for a couple. The host responded to our few questions quickly and even sent someone to resolve a small issue with sidewalk salt. Will likely stay here again as our son will be living in Duluth for a while yet. ”

Some cleaning supplies was hard to locate or empty, but overall that doesn't impact the score. The sauna was wonderful but maybe sand the walls a little?
