”If you don't need direct lake access Murphy's Retreat is a perfect place to stay. We stayed for two nights over 4th of July and it was amazing. We had wonderful lake views, and were able to watch all the neighbors shoot off their fireworks so we did not even need to drive into town. The house was incredibly comfortable and clear, and Erin and Thomas as amazingly generous to let guests use their paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. The back decks and patio are super comfortable, and we had a great...

Sagle

”We were overwhelmed at how beautiful this house is. So much room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. The bathrooms were spotless and well stocked as well. This home could easily fit 3 small families with each floor (3 floors)feeling like its own suite. The wraparound balcony shows off the massive backyard and privacy surrounded by trees. It was a little chilly to use the grills but we saw 2 nice big ones. Thank you so much. We’d love to stay...

”This is a beautiful spacious home with room for everyone. The home was very clean and well stocked. The game room is amazing, but several of the board games were missing multiple pieces, and should be updated. There were quite a few bikes available for riding, but several of them need to be replaced as they do not shift. The fenced yard was great for the small children and dog who accompanied us.”

”House was super cute and clean. Wifi worked well, Beds were comfy and AC worked well although we found we needed to sleep with the doors open as it wasn’t central, but just one unit in the upstairs. Listing is a bit misleading as there is only beds for 6 (1 king and 2 queens) and then a small futon or couch to sleep on or blow up mattress on the floor somewhere. Our only real problem was the Host gave us the wrong check in code so we could not get in the door and we did not have data in the...
