”Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!”

I hardly leave reviews on anything, but this hotel and the staff were extremely wonderful.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were always available to help, they were very friendly and sweet.
It was our 1st time in PR, and we'll definitely stay here ANYTIME we come back here”

”Nice and clean property with comfortable rooms that included a fridge, and in our case a patio shared with other guests. Rooms are super quiet and A/C worked really well; however, water pressure could have been better. We spent most of our time exploring the sites and eating out, so didn't really use the kitchenette or the tiny pool. The hotel is well located and there are loads of options within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away.

”I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room had roaches, which made it feel dirty and completely unacceptable. I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay.
I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed. we were...

”Beautiful, relaxing, atmospheric boutique-like hotel. Clean and friendly place with quality customer service. Everything decorated beautifully, including our room with efficient air conditioning and a private little terrace with hammock and a shower (!). Wifi worked fast through the hotel. Common kitchen area with fridge.
Located in upscale neighbourhood with 2 min walk to the beach. Little longer walk to the services.
Only thing I didn't like was the 3-course breakfast. The food wasn't...

”The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were snacks and coffee every morning plus the beach is near. The air conditioning worked perfectly. My only issue was that the shower seemed to plug up a bit, the water would rise. Additionally, the doors are elegant and secure with the locks. However, given the crystal portion of the door the light would pass through and light up the room early. The pool was pretty clean and even with the water situation, there was always water at the property....
