”Ana was a wonderful host. She gave us all the i formation we needed to have a great time in Valencia. She was very easy to get in touch with. Our stay was comfortable but there were some leaks in the sink and shower, and the Air Conditioner leaked condensation no matter what temperature we put it at. All in all, it was a great stay I would recommend”

”Excellent location - 1minute from tram station, 25mins on tram to the beach, 10min walk to central valencia town I stayed as I had a conference at Feria Valencia and this was only 30mins away on a direct tram. Spacious flat with a well equipped kitchen and other amenities. Great water pressure in shower. AC Note: Bed is up a steep staircase/ladder. Suggestions for improvement: Have more toiletries available in the property One of the blinds broke after my first day but this did not get fixed...

”We have enjoyed our stay very much. The owner, Ana, is amazing. She picked us up from the airport and showed us on the map where everything is we wanted to see. Everything you need is present in the apartment, even umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the apartment is excellent; within a few minutes walk you're in the old town. Public transportation is very close too.”

I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage.”

”We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!”

”We had such a lovely holiday in this beautiful quirky apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a mix of traditional pieces and more modern items. It could not be better located as most places of interest are nearby. We ate out a lot but cooked a few meals in the kitchen which is small but well equipped. I have a fear of heights but managed the sloping terrace, albeit cautiously, and although well past retirement age the 67 steps up to the 4th floor did not bother us. As there were just two of...

”We were met at the airport by the lovely Enrique, who was the perfect host and gave us loads of information about what to see and how to get about. His apartment is very spacious with everything you might need. It has a small balcony with table and chairs - perfect for the afternoon sun. We managed to walk everywhere apart from the beach, which was a 40p tram ride. Thank you very much Enrique.”

”We stayed here recently with our two kiddos (6 and 8) and the location was amazing; walking distance to so many sites within Valencia! I would recommend going to the grocery prior to bedtime because breakfast spots don't open up early (enough for us) so we were stuck the first day but other than that it was wonderful and I would stay again. Oh also, they only provide about one showers worth of shampoo and body wash, so if you need more than that pack it!”

”The villa and guest house were immaculate when we arrived and it definitely had the wow factor for us. The garden, plants and poll were excellent and there was way more space than we imagined. The villa is hard to find and as we don’t drive this did make life tricky as there’s no shops within walking distance and taxis were a nightmare so I’d recommend having your own transport. The properties were beautiful inside as well as out and they have all your essential utensils and crockery as well...
