”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”Unique property, the owners and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the quieter side of Luxor after busy sight seeing days. Boat is complimentary and easy to access to get to the other side. No alcohol but other local bars available if you want to nip out.”

”Since the very first moment I booked the property they have been attentive. I arrived in the middle of the night and I was picked up and taken to the hotel by the owner. If you're looking for a tour or activities to do, he has you covered and if you have any questions he is also willing to answer them. Can't complain, the peace and quiet of the hotel and the very mesmerizing view is amazing.”

”Ok”

”Fue el mejor servicio! Recomendado! Volvería a ir mil veces!”

”Erittäin siisti ja ylellinen hotelli, italialaisen ravintolan ruoan laadussa olisi parantamisen varaa. Japanilainen keittiö oli parempi.”

”Very nice”

”I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception. ”

”Very welcoming staff. We were the only people in the hotel. We shared a tea altogether , then went for a camel ride (do not miss it!) and had an amazing dinner. Really enjoyed our stay there!”

”We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were initially booked for 4 nights and then extended a further 3. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend the Armenian restaurant they have on site called Mayrig.”

”Täydellinen, ystävällinen ja poikkeuksellisen mukava henkilökunta . Mahtava aamiainen, laadukas! Vanhempi mutta todella siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli. Kauniit pihat , alkas ja Niilin varrella! Pieni mutta Huvä kuntosali , lämmitetty allas. ”
