”All the amenities! it had an induction stove with pots and pans, a washer/dryer combo which came in super hand with the sweltering heat, as well as tons of stuff like toothpaste, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, you name it. A great stay!”
”To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. ”
”Super clean and convenient to all the Shibuya attractions. 5 min walk from Shibuya station making all of Tokyo accessible and a very friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. While the rooms are not large, they are adequate for the organized traveler. ”
”We started our Japan trip staying at this hotel, and after a long flight, it was a great start. The rooms are pretty spacious and the location worked well for us. We attended a Yakult Swallows baseball game across the street and was our main reason for selecting this hotel. What was also great was that the hotel was also an easy walkable distance from Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. There's plenty of great shopping and food in walkable distances. The staff was also very kind and helpful....
”Nice and clean hotel in Nakameguro. Friendly staff. We didn't use the spa section. Good restaurants close by. Nakameguro metro station is within the walking distance and only two stops from Shibuya. Also the hotel is located next to a big 24/7 store for anything you need at any time.”
”Reception staff very friendly. Location excellent. Our room was efficiently designed and spacious enough. Washing machine was a useful extra in the room. It would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room.”

”The property is beautiful and grand with a fantastic breakfast and the most attentive staff, the only thing is we found was that is wasn’t walkable to any of the attractions or areas we wanted to visit, and the closest metro was about a 20 min walk away.”
