”Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...

”A stunning house. The property had everything you could want, with a pool table, two separate living areas, sauna, multiple showers, gorgeous toiletries, swish coffee machine, oven, butler's pantry. It was just a few minutes walk into town which was super handy. Communication with the property manager was simple and responsive. Highly recommend”
