- A welcoming living room, with a dining area for two, a relaxation area, and direct access to the terrace.

Outside, enjoy the garden and the furnished terrace with two sun loungers for relaxing moments or an outdoor meal.

All this is located in a quiet and secure residence, with a private parking space.

To ensure you have a carefree stay:

Final cleaning is included.
High-quality hotel linen is provided: sheets, towels, and tea towels.
Thank you for treating the accommodation with care, as if it were your own. Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Cleanliness & Waste Sorting

Please dispose of your waste in the appropriate containers:

Standard bin: household waste
Recycling bin: recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, etc.)
Glass: to be deposited in the dedicated glass bins
Please do not leave any garbage bags in communal areas or outside the accommodation.

No Smoking

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, including at the windows. Please smoke outside and do not discard your cigarette butts on the ground.

Respect for Neighbors

We thank you for keeping the noise down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am, in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

Guests & Parties

Parties and gatherings are not allowed, except with prior agreement for special events (Wedding, Baptism...). The number of people in the accommodation must not exceed that provided in the reservation.

Security & Energy

Please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you leave the accommodation. Remember to close the windows and lock the door.

Departure

On the day of departure:

Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher
Return all furniture and objects to their original places.

Contact Before Your Arrival

Two days before your arrival, our welcome manager will contact you to organize your arrival, set your arrival time, and answer any questions you may have. This personalized follow-up allows us to best prepare your stay.

Check-in (Arrival at the Accommodation)

Standard arrival times: between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Late arrival: possible until 8 p.m. upon request (beyond this time, a surcharge may apply)
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed directly on-site for a personal key handover.
A careful inventory check-in will be carried out to ensure complete transparency and guarantee a serene installation.

Check-out (Departure)

Departure procedures will be communicated to you upon your arrival. A check-out inventory will be carried out to ensure a smooth and unforeseen departure.
