The house consists on the ground floor of an independent kitchen equipped with electric and gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a citrus press, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment. A dining room, a TV lounge, a bathroom and two double bedrooms complete this level.

The upstairs has a room with two double beds and a toilet-WC. Then a dormitory with three single beds AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER. In the basement you have a double room with a shower room and independent WC accessible through the garage.

At your disposal are a small additional refrigerator, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. You have four private outdoor parking spaces.
