In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, we offer this charming 115 m² house with jacuzzi for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 44 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 250 m² garden.

- A 35 m2 south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather


The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than 5 minutes away by car:
- enjoy magnificent beaches
- play a round of golf (18 holes) along the beautiful Pen Guen beach
- visit the new padel/tennis/pickleball complex
Nearby, you'll also find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage (1 vehicle) or in the two private outdoor parking spaces in front of the house (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Plancoet station (15km) and Lamballe TGV station (29km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 75 km away (about 1 hour by car)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- The house is located in a housing estate that is nearing completion, and the roads will not be laid until September 2024.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
