”I had business in Omaha and even though the motel was in Council Bluffs it was a short 20 minute trip to Omaha and to the airport. For the price it was a great value. Safe area, clean rooms, good parking, friendly staff and nice breakfast lounge.”

”We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. ”Arrived and was given a room where the floor was a little damp. assumed they had just carpet cleaned. garbage in garbage can, dirty sheets, dirt and what looked like mold in the wall but thought i’d be okay. then we wake up to the floor SOAKED. like everything i brought drenched, floor seeped water where you stepped. had to got to the kiosk for help as there are no real people working. the man on the kiosk was very nice thought despite not speaking much english or quite understanding. switched...

”Clean the rooms”

”We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity...

”Everything was pleasant & stressless... The only improvement I would suggest is the breakfast selections. Basic scrambled eggs would have been nice with the standard bacon. I stayed 4 days and they finally seved it one time ...on a Friday. Other wise it was a great stay. Definitely would stay again.”

”Very clean and great breakfast. Room was already cold walking in. Some hotels are hot when you arrive and takes forever to cool down when AC is turned on. The hotel is placed in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and Walmart was close by. Excellent stay”

”What I liked was that when I came to check in the check in Lady checked me in right away, this is something I can give you five stars on. But what really thought was not up to Hotel standards was that the refrigerator you had in our room was frosted up with NO FREEZER DOOR ON IT. ALSO THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN THE UNIT, THESE TWO THINGS SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT IN ALL HOTELS, ( HOW ARE PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN YOUR FACILITIES SUPPOSED TO RE- HEAT THERE FOOD WITHOUT THIS BASIC NEED ) ALSO YOU...

”The one working nights, Peter, was so very kind to me, going over concerns I had. I felt comfortable talking with him. As well, his sister was great with additional concerns. There was one other that helped figure out the waffle making device so I could use it. Such a good experience. Breakfast was a nice assortment! All in all a very nice experience indeed.~ Price was right too!!”
