Come enjoy some relaxing family time in this cozy, fully renovated little house. Located about 200 meters from St. Côme Beach, you’re sure to soak up that vacation vibe.

This property is managed by Welcome 2 Home, a concierge service for vacation rentals that takes great care of its guests!

You’ll enter the house via a small driveway where you can park, leading to a patio with an outdoor table and a grill.

Inside the house, you’ll enter the living room, which features a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable sofas, as well as the dining area and open kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room, includes:

- Refrigerator/freezer

- Stovetop

- Microwave

- Oven

- Senseo coffee maker

- Toaster

- Electric kettle

A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the apartment.
For the rest of your stay, you’ll need to purchase your own supplies.

The apartment is on one level; please note that there is only one staircase leading to the bedrooms.
You’ll receive a set of keys.

Please note that check-in may be self-service via a key box.
Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and house-trained.

The house is located in the lower part of Saint-Come-de-Fresne, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach (about 200 meters).
The beach also offers direct access in just a few minutes to Arromanches, as well as to Asnelles on the other side—notably its sailing club, market, oyster farm, etc.
A children’s playground and pétanque court are located 50 meters from the house.
Shops are also within walking distance via the beach (small supermarket, bakeries, restaurants)
The circular movie theater in Arromanches is a 10-minute walk away (1 km)
The town center of Courseulles-sur-Mer is 12 km away
The town center of Bayeux is also 12 km away.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy: water sports, horseback riding on the beach, buggy rides, museums, historic sites, and more...

The house is about a 20-minute drive from the Bayeux train station, 35 minutes from the Caen train station, and about 25 minutes from Carpiquet Airport.

You can park in the garden driveway; there are also parking spots on the street in front of the house.
