Located in the countryside just 10 minutes from Sarlat and 20 minutes from Lascaux, it accommodates up to 5 people and has 2 bedrooms, a terrace, a garden (not fenced), a tennis court and a petanque court, An ideal pied-à-terre to discover La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Beynac, canoes, castles and the treasures of the Périgord Noir.. two bedrooms, 1 double bed in one and 1 double bed + 1 single bed in the other.
Folding table + chair in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an electric hob, fridge (with real small freezer), toaster, Senseo.. bathroom with washing machine, board games in the living room. The terrace is very pleasant with a view of the greenery (table + deckchair) ideally located in the countryside, very quiet and relaxing
The unheated swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September (shower, parasols + deckchairs) and is shared with the tennis court and the petanque court (small family residence of 10 individual accommodations). There is a private parking lot at the entrance of the residence. There is a bakery 3min away and a supermarket/pharmacy/tobacco etc 5min away (Salignac)
