Saint-Didier-sous-Écouves Hotellit

”Excellent location just off the motorway. Bed was extremely comfortable with nice clean linen. Room was nice and warm on a cold November day. Did not use the restaurant this time”

”Very clean, very friendly atmosphere. Closest cities with services about 10 minutes away by car.”

”What an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful location, calm peaceful with lovely gardens. A short drive from Alcenon which has a selection of excellent restaurants A first class continental breakfast provided by the fabulous hostess. A selection of beers and wines available for purchase. Great value for money highly recommend we will definitely be back.”

”We stayed overnight and ate in the restaurant. All rather hit & miss. Room was clean & comfortable. The problem was it was poorly ventilated & very stuffy with no air con - a fan helped but it was still difficult to sleep. Not helped by being unable to turn off the bathroom light - I guess it used a motion sensor but it was a good 10 minutes before the light went off. Tended to disturb sleep after visiting the bathroom at night. Much the same with dinner. The langoustine starter was...

”Great price and a lovely and helpful proprietor. To the people giving this hotel a bad review: if you want luxury, pay for it. There are no stairs and it's a three story building - this is publicised, so why complain? It's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The place is quirky and dated but that is it's charm. Highly recommend. Will be returning.”

”Hotel was closed and not inform us! Hotel looks outside very old and bad shape.”

”There was no staff available at all, or no food for the evening of my stay. They had used such strong cleaners or fragrances in the room that I had to sleep with the window open, yet still had a migraine attack during the night and morning. This put my meetings the next day in jeopardy. Beautiful grounds, but unfortunately the absolute lack of staff, guidance etc left me feeling incredibly unsecure. ”
