- one bedroom on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace, with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a second bedroom on the top floor with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a third bedroom with two single bunk beds,
- two bathrooms with walk-in shower,
- two separate toilets,

- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, hangers,

- private garage and three parking spaces (1 enclosed and 2 not enclosed),
