”Very good location I. The center of St. Emilion. Very spacious room and shower. Tea and coffee available I. The common area. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the host guided us to nearby free parking. She was very helpful in sourcing a taxi and suggesting places to go nearby”

”When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. We have not been notified that the dinner has to be ordered in advance, so we have arrived at 7pm and we could not eat or drink there. No minibars available in the...

”What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay.”
