Grande maison 5 chambres is a holiday home in Saint-Étienne-de-Chigny, in the heart of the Loire Valley. Its 180 m² accommodate up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The spacious living room has a sofa bed, a TV area and a large dining table. Facilities include toilets, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and coffee machine. Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and self check-in are available. You can use one of the 5 shared on-site parking spaces or park on the street. One pet is allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. The house has stairs and is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility.



A cleaning service is included. The hosts live on site, but not in the accommodation you book. Towels and bed linen are provided. Old Tours, with its bars, restaurants and nightclubs, is 15 minutes away. The A10 motorway is 15 minutes away and the A85 is 6 minutes away. Supermarkets are 3 minutes away in Cinq-Mars-la-Pile, 5 minutes in Luynes, 10 minutes in Langeais, 15 minutes in Fondettes and 20–25 minutes in Chambray-lès-Tours, Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire and Tours Nord. The house is set among the châteaux of the Loire.
