Guadeloupe is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
Travel time: approximately 40 minutes

When leaving the airport, call your host to let her know that you are on your way to the apartment.

Once you have left the airport, follow the direction towards Pointe-à-Pitre, then Gosier then Sainte-Anne. You will follow the N4 in the direction of Sainte-Anne (the sea must be on your right!) Then continue straight on until you reach Saint-François.

A few meters after the Brico Deco on your left, turn left towards the "Pointe des châteaux". At the next roundabout, take the second exit and continue straight ahead up to the intersection at the casino (games). At the intersection turn right towards the marina. At the next roundabout take the third exit towards the marina. Continue for a few meters and at the tourist office turn right towards the post office (which should be on your left).

At the intersection after the post office turn left on "Kennedy" avenue and park your car on the parking spaces on your left.

The entrance of the "Les Marines" complex is a few meters after the "Pole Caraïbes" drugstore.
