Open the entrance door and discover a large, welcoming living space. The kitchen, open and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), offers you everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, or enjoy the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living room, comfortably seated on its soft sofas, with a stove for cooler evenings, a coffee table, and a television.



Climb the first four steps of the staircase and discover a half-landing fitted out, including a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a television and its private bathroom with WC. The second bedroom also has a Queen Size bed, while the third offers a single bed 90x190cm.



On the second floor, there is a games room equipped with a single bed constituting the last sleeping accommodation in the accommodation. You will also find a table football, board games, comfortable sofas, a treadmill and an exercise bike to combine relaxation and activity.



For more comfort, you will find in the laundry room an independent toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and a clothes horse.
