Located outside the village, in an oak grove, the Gîte Le Mont is a self-contained rental offering tranquility while remaining close to everything. It features a very pleasant, bright veranda that serves as a living/dining room, with a TV area and reversible air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, two ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, and a microwave. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds, and one child's bed), each with electric radiators. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, which also houses the washing machine. A terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is at your disposal. You have access to a shared enclosed garden with the owners. The entrance is separate, and the private grounds for the cottage are not fenced. There is a garden with trees and flowers in season. A high chair and a folding bed are available. A peaceful location close to amenities and various activities.
