Vacation Rentals in the Périgord

If you're looking for a quiet spot, we're located in a secluded area bordering a forest and a chestnut grove. The 24-square-meter mobile home is situated on our private property, 30 meters from our residential cottage. The property is fenced, and you can park your vehicle safely. We’ve just renovated the mobile home to ensure your comfort; it’s air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi. It’s ideal for a couple and two children, as one bedroom has a 140x190 bed and the other has two 70x180 single beds (bed linens are provided). A bathroom with a shower and sink (towels not provided), and a separate toilet. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, gas stove, and oven, as well as kitchen utensils... etc. (hand towels and dish towels provided) and a living room with a TV.<br>We provide a ping-pong table, a badminton set, several board games, a deck of playing cards, a barbecue, and outdoor furniture.<br>We’re 5 minutes from the town of Excideuil, where you’ll find all kinds of shops and the lovely Thursday morning market. There’s also a Super U supermarket in Saint-Martial-d’Albarède (7 minutes away), where you’ll find a laundromat.<br>During your stay in our beautiful Dordogne region, you can visit the châteaux of Excideuil and Hautefort. The Tourtoirac Cave is 15 minutes away; Montignac and the Lascaux Cave are about 40 minutes away; Brantôme (the “Venice of the Périgord”) and its abbey are about 35 minutes away; and Sarlat is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. We also have some wonderful bodies of water nearby: the Rouffiac Recreation Center, located 25 minutes away, where you can enjoy tree-top adventures, water ski lifts, swimming, and many other activities. The Etang du Coucou is the same distance away, where an inflatable water park is set up during the summer.<br>We’ll provide you with brochures suggesting hikes and other activities during your stay.<br>We do not accept pets.<br>We require a 50-euro security deposit check for cleaning, which we will return to you at the end of your stay provided the accommodations are left clean. (cleaning supplies provided) <br>We also require a security deposit check for 350 euros to cover any damage that may occur during your stay, which we will also return to you at the end of your stay.
