”We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. ”

”Stayed one night in June 2024 on vacation. A beautiful and carefully restored manor with gorgeous rooms. Spacious room with a big comfortable kingsize bed. Separate toilet and a bathroom. Nice view to the garden. Very quiet and peaceful location. The hotel restaurant was not open for dinner but the staff was very friendly to suggest options nearby and help with a reservation. "Oikein siisti ja todella hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli Caenissa. Noin 20min kävely juna-asemalta, tai 6minuuttia raitiovaunulla. Henkilökunta puhui hyvin englantia ja oli todella ystävällisiä läpi vierailumme. Aamupala hyvä: ei mikään kaikista laajin, mutta varmasti jokaiselle jotakin löytyi. Suositus! "
