I open for rent my main residence, located in Saint Gervais in Isère, (recently gîte de France classified 4 épis) a few weeks a year, in order to continue to make this charming and unique country house, always more attractive.



At the foot of the park of the vercors, on the road of the ecouchges, beautiful sight on the valley of Isere, beautiful place for vacations in family, between friends, ideal to rest, to be ressourcer or to confine itself....



At only 450 m of altitude, exceptional product by its peace, its isolation, nearest neighbor at 300 meters all the same.



All shops at fifteen minutes, commune of Vinay.



Close to outdoor activities : hiking, biking, paragliding, golf, canyoning, summer sledging and aquatic center as well as adventure park in Autrans.



You will be discreetly watched from the corner of your eye by the herd of donkeys of Provence.



It is possible to walk to the small stream where children love to swim and play adventurers.



The house is very cool in summer thanks to its large stone walls.
