The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator of a building located 300m from the start of the Bettex slopes.
It has an Eastern exposure with a view of the Mont-Blanc mountain, and has a balcony.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres ou chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The apartment is composed of:

- An entrance with cupboard.
- A living room with dining area, TV, access to the balcony.
- A kitchenette with 4-burner electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher.
- A bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony.
- 2 twin bedrooms (wooden partition separation), one with a double sofa bed (140 * 190) and the other with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bath, sink.
- An independent toilet.

Additional equipment : common parking in front of the residence, garage, ski locker. Pets allowed.
