”This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.”

”Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

”Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”Excellent location! Very chic, great light thru the windows and skylights. Super clean and well laid out. Very comfortable bedding. Every instruction needed is provided in linked videos that are extremely helpful, highly recommend watching before trying to open the door! Only tips are watch your toes on small, raised levels, bathroom, kitchen etc. Also, no need for gym, we got a great workout everyday climbing up the stairs, but well worth it for such an incredible location! Would stay again in...

”Nos quedamos sin luz y sin agua caliente, fue muy complicado conseguir ayuda del host. El área y el depa muy bonitos, en primer piso, si tan solo hubieramos podido aprovechar el departamento con Luz, agua caliente, etc hubiera estado superb.”

”Nous avons apprécié la position géographique de l appartement et l appartement lui même. Par contre le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et la cafetière avait besoin d'être détartrée. Il y a un restaurant en dessous qui met la musique un peu forte par moment, sans empêcher toutefois de dormir. La communication avec l hôte est parfaite. Je recommande ce logement.”
