Behind its lovely entrance with private parking, the magic begins immediately. Here, every detail tells a story. The colorful walls of the bedrooms, the carefully selected tiles, the light that caresses the stone… the owner has infused this charming home with a joyful and warm spirit. The cottage spans three levels, offering everyone their own space: on each floor, there’s a bedroom with its own private bathroom—the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy. Whether with family or friends, everyone feels right at home here. Outside, the good life truly comes into its own. The shaded terrace under the pergola is perfect for long summer evenings, a drink in hand. The pool promises relaxing afternoons filled with laughter and naps in the sun. And then there’s the surrounding area… Just a short walk away, the magnificent Château de Montal overlooks the valley. The main level is on the first floor: living room with open kitchen and dining area, sitting room, and a small balcony. One bedroom with a 160-bed (private balcony), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, a bedroom with a 160-bed and a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a 140-bed, a small shower room with a toilet, and access to the terrace. The terrace features a pergola, an outdoor kitchen (currently being finished but accessible), and a basement with a washing machine, a swimming pool secured by an alarm (dimensions: 4x8 / 1.50 m deep).
