The Villa Gallery in Saint Jean Pla de Corts is conveniently located and offers a relaxing escape with its panoramic pool, nestled in the heart of the Vallespir valley.

The 60m² living room, overlooking the pool and terrace, creates a truly harmonious space. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen extends this living area. The villa features 4 newly furnished spacious bedrooms, including a suite, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. Each room is air-conditioned, with the suite conveniently located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is even accessible via a rope bridge (see photos), so be sure to keep a close eye on your young children.

Bathrooms and a toilet are available on each floor, ensuring accessibility for everyone.

To make the most of the Catalan sun, the terrace has been completely furnished with lounging areas near the water, a dining table, and a mini outdoor lounge. The south-facing pool allows you to enjoy the many sunny days. Lastly, a petanque court is at your disposal – don't forget your boules!

A security deposit will be required upon arrival by check, and cleaning and bedding are included in the rate displayed by Abritel.

The owner has a discreet annex, separated from your outdoor space, occasionally occupied by the owners, who will be available to answer your questions if they are present.

The villa enjoys a peaceful environment close to nature and near Lake Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts. Nearby activities include water sports (Aquajump, electric pedal boats, marine zip line, inflatable obstacle course, wakeboarding, etc.), cultural attractions (Aubiry Castle, the Museum of Modern Art in Céret, the largest in Occitania), or simply enjoying nature.

The villa is also located 28 km from Collioure, 23 km from the beach, and 50 km from Mount Canigou (once revered by Catalans, it can even be seen from Marseille twice a year!). This is not to mention the numerous castles perched on the peaks of the neighboring Pyrenees. Your residence is just 10 minutes from the Spanish border.

When you arrive, we ask for a deposit of 500 euros, by check or cash, that will be given back at your departure.
