We loved watching the tides coming in and going out. We weren't aware there were people living in the lower level until we received our instructions the day before, advising us that we had to leave one side of the drive open for them. We thought we had the entire house. That being said, they were quiet...

”The noise from the children's bedroom above the guest bathroom can be minimised by re- arranging the set up to a different part of the house. Otherwise the guest outfit was truly neat and beautifully laid out. Peace.”
