”Great experience: our room was ready early and was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable, we loved the balcony. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We found the menu at Planks disappointing but what we eventually ordered was delicious. The best amenity is the free shuttle service to downtown St. Joe and excellent drivers, Dave and Tom.”

”Central and within walking distance of everything! Breakfast at the Bistro was excellent; servers were very attentive and friendly. The Inn staff were knowledgeable of the downtown area and were cheerful. My granddaughter especially liked the "free" cookies, prepared and ready at 2:30 pm every day. In the early evening, you can walk a short distance to the park and watch the beautiful sunsets, and hear Taps being played. We loved it and will return!”

”Property was basically just steps from the lake. Quaint 50’s style cottage. Small bedrooms , small living space. Cute but very dated. Was very difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs to enter main living area with no rails to hold on to. Bathroom needed repairs. Notified host and brought to their attention the slipHazard in the tiled showed,and the broken bathroom sink. Overall we had a great time during our stay, but with it not being handicap friendly, I would hope that they...

”We stayed here for my birthday/our babymoon. We really enjoyed our time. It's decorated very cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioner works great. We enjoyed taking walks around the nearby lakes. And there is an ice cream/coffee shop/arcade steps away from the cottage, which was fun to visit. We also enjoyed a dinner date right down the road at The Strand. The food was very good! The host was also very helpful and communicative through VRBO messaging, always...

”Communication was excellent, Cottage 5 was very clean and comfortable (we had 8 staying there). We did not cook or grill at the cottage, but we did use the fire pit, very comfortable. The lake access to Little Crooked Lake was close by (across a private road) & the sand beach area was clean & clear. ”
