”very disappointed that having booked and paid for three nights at Cristina through expedia that when the the ferries were cancelled no consideration by either expedia or the hotel was given to me. I shall not be using either organisation again. You should be warned.”

”Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.”

”This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality. Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb. Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming. Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good. Reasonable parking Steepish walk down to the little harbour.”

”A really hot room with broken air-condition and a locked (not usable) safe was given to us and also our friends got a room with broken a-c. Later on we heard a similar story by another hotel guest. We got a better room after complaining. I am sure that hotel management is aware of the fact that air-conditioning in several rooms is not working and still they put guests in such rooms. This is not acceptable. Breakfast was good as was location.”

”This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. Shower heat was easy to control. It was everything we wanted for a long...

”One of the most peaceful and quietest hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly staff from reception to the waiting staff. All professional and extremely courteous. Breakfast was that expected at a top restaurant ! We will return to this hotel for sure. ”
