The cottage offers serenity within its walls or in its large garden.

5 bedrooms, 4 of which have a private living room and bathroom (showers or bathtubs), 4 toilets, 3 of which are private. Special feature: to access the 5th bedroom, you must cross the 4th, which has no door.

100m² stone terrace. The house is ideally located, surrounded by lush meadows where cows and calves from our farm graze. Close to the village of Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, a village in the heart of the Alpes-de-Mancelles region, where activities and entertainment are plentiful. You'll discover hiking and cycling trails, sites steeped in history and architecture, sports activities, shops, and restaurants in the village. You can also come and chat with us about our enjoyable farming profession.

New or refurbished vintage furniture and appliances. New, carefully selected hotel-quality bedding for maximum comfort. Plus points: Sheets provided, internet access included in the price. Beds made upon arrival.

Bathroom linen rental available. Optional cleaning fee: €150.

Outside: Private outdoor parking along the courtyard (no vehicle allowed inside the cottage courtyard). Large courtyard enclosed on two sides, children's play area (swings), pétanque court, barbecue, garden furniture, armchairs, 2000 m² lawn with fruit trees. Enclosed storage room available.

This cottage can accommodate up to 15 people. A supplement of €60 per person will be requested for weekends and weekdays (contact me).

For family reunions, please contact us! This accommodation is not a function room, therefore, any festive events (large dance parties, noisy events, etc.) will not be accepted! Likewise, additional guests arriving for just one day and departing in the evening must be notified in advance. Included in the rental price are linens, internet access, and electricity.
Electricity point in the village (no secure outlet for vehicle charging at the accommodation).
Contacting us a few days in advance allows us to adjust your arrival time as best as possible.
