"La Bougainvillée," a 3-star, charming Creole vacation home for 4 people with an ocean view.

In Piton-Saint-Leu, in the softness of the western heights of Reunion Island, at an altitude of 320 m, "La Bougainvillea" is an independent accommodation for four people, in Creole style (wooden cladding walls, veranda facing the garden, traditional concrete floor tinted with red wax, openings without windows or glass doors, solid wood shutters with rocking). For a group of 6 people, possibility to couple with the studio "Fleur de canne" (see ad 1780403 on Vrbo) also located on the property.
The cottage "La Bougainvillea" has a good comfort. It is located in the lower part of a well-kept garden where lechies, mango trees, coffee trees, banana trees, jackfruit trees, avocado trees grow,.... palm trees and, of course, ... bougainvillea. It has a pleasant veranda furnished with a wooden lounge and a dining table, opening onto a superb view of the beach of Etang-Salé-les-Bains. You can admire the sunset and observe the stars.
Inside there is a pleasant temperature even in summer thanks to the CMV (controlled mechanical ventilation). Ceiling fan in the living room and the bedroom with the bed for 2 people and a pedestal fan in the other bedroom.
It is equipped with a solar water heater. The electricity consumed is produced by a photovoltaic power plant. Objectives: to encourage responsible behavior, to produce electricity with a stable voltage (220 volts), to promote renewable energies, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Travelers have access to the entire villa and the lower part of the garden. Wifi and ethernet cable. Washing machine and dishwasher. Television.
For a stay of 4 weeks we offer a discount of 10%, 8 weeks 15% and 12 weeks 20%. From a stay of 28 nights the housekeeper will spend about every 15 days, 2 hours at our expense, to clean the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and the floor of the house. Of course, if you want a complete cleaning, it is possible, at your expense for the complement.

"Fleur de canne" is a Creole style studio with a good comfort design interior.
It has a pleasant duckboard terrace (furnished with chairs, deckchairs and a dining table) opening onto a view of the ocean. Equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation, there is a pleasant coolness inside. Ceiling fan in the living room. Washing machine, television. The place is quiet and only 1.5 km from the heart of the village. All services are just a stone's throw away (post office, bank, supermarket, fruit and vegetable merchants, tobacconist/press, church, Hindu temple, doctors, pharmacy, gas station, Chinese shops, hairdressers).
On the day of your arrival the owners welcome you, the beds are made, all the linen is freshly ironed. You get the same discount as bougainvillea when you rent the studio alone (see ad 1780403)
