It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room (with pellet stove), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), a shower room, a WC and a laundry room (washing machine).

On the 1st floor, you will find a beautiful 45m² living area with a sitting area with a pellet stove (pellets not supplied), a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room. A covered south-facing terrace.
A sleeping area comprising a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a shower room and a separate WC.

Lastly, there is a panoramic lounge with a TV and magnificent sea views, and the final bedroom with a double bed (140x190).

Outside :

In addition to the covered terrace,on the ground floor you can enjoy a beautiful south/west facing wooden terrace with a surface area of 60 m2. It is comfortably equipped with an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals in the sun, a parasol and comfortable garden furniture. Please note that the outside area is not completely finished (it is still being fitted out).

The garden is completely enclosed.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars. Everything can be done on foot from the house.
There are several beaches nearby, including the Grande Plage du Bourg and the Plage de Longchamp, as well as the marché aux halles, just 300m away (on foot).

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park outside the house (1 private parking space), with numerous free parking spaces nearby.
