”This hotel is perfectly located by the beach and downtown Carlsbad. The hotel staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms need some updating and repairs. Our room was not very clean and needed some maintenance. The property itself is very nice and well taken care of. ”

”Viihdyttiin erinomaisesti kahden lapsen kanssa. Pöytätennis, biljardi ja muut aktiviteetit loistavia lasten kanssa. Uima-altaan vesi oli oikeasti lämmintä ja siinä oli hyvä uida joulukuussakin. Ystävällinen palvelu. Huone oli merinäköalalla mutta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja näkymästä meni osa vilkkaaseen autotiehen. Autotien ääni ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt unia. ”

”perfect for spring break with the kids. Nothing fancy, nice and clean with a lots of space in the room.”

”One night stay. Close to Fw 5 so bring earplugs with you to guarantee your sleep. Friendly service. Breakfast choices limited mostly just sugars. And please renew the toaster. Only one side works and even that only toasts the otherside. Four people wanted toast so took some time. Pricewise this was okay stay.”

”Property is dated, would greatly benefit from extensive remodeling; but room was clean, and each member of the staff was courteous and friendly. Greatest jewel of this property is its proximity to Carlsbad's attractions.”

”The room was dirty. The bath tub was stingy. The sheets on the bed was dingy. The refrigerator was old and rusty, and I requested that they canceled my reservation, but they took the first day pay from me. The room on the site looked totally different from the room that I seen in person. ”

”Grab an go breakfast is a joke. An hour after it opens, I found nothing but oatmeal vs. all the other variations mentioned at check in like muffin. Found out I had to ask for toiletry essentials like shampoo, body wash and lotion. The rooms also had an old odor. AC unit was really loud ”

”The hotel is descent for the price! It’s very convenient for families who are visiting Legoland. It’s about a 5-7 min drive. Pros: Free parking, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and great staff (we forgot a cell phone in the room and the front desk called us immediately to notify us). Cons: The beds are pretty firm. I’ve stayed at various hotels and these were not comfortable. You will need to drive if you want to pick up food or dine out. The only thing located within walking distance is...

”Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check in time. Had to wait until after 5:00 to check in. Housekeeping was not the greatest: glasses not replaced for 2 days, coffee & sugar, cream, etc., not replaced, etc., They didn’t answer the phone when I called down to ask for clean glasses & coffee cups. Other than that it was a wonderful property and would stay again. Can’t beat the location! ”
