St. Malo Stay

I would recommend staying here. It was nice and spacious, clean and exactly what we were expecting!

Great location

In the area for a wedding. Just a short walk to St Malo lake/beach. Grandkids loved to come over and visit.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The space was clean, comfortable, and the hot tub was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.The only issues we encountered were that the ensuite bathroom sink drained very slowly and appeared to be partially clogged. We also noticed quite a few ants around the oven and fridge area in the evenings (around 9:30–10:00 p.m.). The closet doors were coming off the tracks and handles loose or falling off.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay here again. With those minor maintenance issues addressed, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Post Christmas family getaway

First year of a new tradition - relax after the holidays with my adult kids and their partners. Cozy, relaxing, access to snowmobile trails, etc. Perfect.

Our host Candice was amazing! The night of our booking the roads were closed due to a storm and she was able to get us the next night instead. The building was great, super clean and well stocked with amenities. The hot tub was really nice and the fireplace was so cozy! I appreciated the cut wood that was prepared. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole space was well laid out and perfect for our stay. Nice new beds clean bathrooms and lots of towels for the hot tub! We loved every minute.

The property in the back was not kept up-the outdoor summer chairs and swing had broken bottoms —cushions were not clean -they should be stored in a storage box -not swept and sunroom was not vacuumed Inside was nice and clean -it had all amenities -closet door in living room was broken but most beds except bunk beds were very comfy -nice and close to Prov Park and walking around the Park was very nice -ver nice area!!

If I could rate this property at a zero, I would !! We had to wipe everything off. Crumbs all over. The outside was gross Grass wasn’t cut. Weeds were 2 feet high . The deck was filthy. The outside sitting area had to be cleaned before we could sit down. Gross

The property was as advertised but it could definitely benefit from some repairs. Several pieces of the lawn furniture on the deck were broken. It would be better to either fix them or remove them. Most of the bi-fold closet doors were broken or without any knobs and off their tracks. I recognize that clean dishes are the previous renters responsibility but several of the coffee cups were put away dirty. It was nice that the rental was located close to the Provincial Park. We did go for a bike ride with our guests to the park.
