Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Saint-Malo, this charming apartment less than one kilometer from the beach. It includes Wi-Fi, has a surface area of 50 m², and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with a shower). Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, dish towels). Your beds will be made upon arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
-A 30 m² living area with a TV and a double sofa bed (140x200)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop…
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity unit

Additional amenities include: washing machine, ironing board and iron, high chair and travel cot (available on request when booking — we will set up the travel cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if needed.)

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighborhood. You will find all essential shops nearby: bakeries, butcher shops, delicatessens, a Carrefour Market 250 meters away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, parking on the street is paid, but you can park for free 400 meters away at the Foch car park.

For other transport options, here is some useful information:
- Bus line 8 “Marie de St Servan” stops nearby and serves the train station and Intra-Muros
- Saint-Malo train station: 2 km (25-minute walk) or accessible via bus line 8
- Rennes Airport: 70 km (Rennes St-Jacques)
- Ferry terminal for Portsmouth, Jersey, and Guernsey: 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive

Activities:
- A market is held on Place Bouvet, 450 m away, every Tuesday and Friday inside the covered market, offering fresh produce
- Saint-Servan is known for its bustling main street, the Solidor Tower, and the Cité d’Aleth, the historic cradle of Saint-Malo
- The historic Intra-Muros center is accessible in a 25-minute walk down Saint-Servan’s main shopping street
- Beaches and walks: Sheltered from the wind and sunny, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. At Bas-Sablons beach, at the bottom of the Théâtre square, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at “Bac’O Sablons” while your children play in the sand below
- Just a stone’s throw from the apartment, you’ll find the Bel Air park with its children’s play areas. We also recommend the Aleth coastal walk, offering views of Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of a neo-Romanesque cathedral — the birthplace of Saint-Malo.

Access to the apartment:
You can choose between:
- Self check-in: by picking up the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 Avenue Jean Jaurès, 450 m from the train station, about a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the apartment. The nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is “Sécurité Sociale” (lines 2 and 8)
- In-person check-in: in this case, a member of the Cocoonr team will welcome you on-site, give you a tour of the apartment, and hand over the keys
