We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Saint-Malo, this charming apartment with less than one kilometer of the beach, with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator).
It consists of a nice living room of 20 m², separate kitchen, fully equipped, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower).
The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days with a view on St Malo intra muros and the port.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in the lower part of the St Servan district, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is available at a charge on Rue Georges Clémenceau, as well as in the nearest Charcot parking lot.

- The apartment is served by bus line: 8 (GASPÉ stop)
- Saint Malo train station: 1.6 km (25 min walk) or bus line 8
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal 500m away, 5-minute walk.
- Dinan slipway 900m away: shuttle for the St Malo-Dinard crossing.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450m from the station, a 25-minute walk from the accommodation or 5 minutes by car from the bus stop nearest to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 2 and 8.

- a physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and give you the keys.
