Holiday Home 'Le Marronnier' with Mountain View, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The Gîte Le Marronnier is a fully renovated farmhouse in the traditional Auvergne style, accommodating 1 to 6 people. You benefit from free high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable living room, a pantry, and a WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, three bedrooms are at your disposal: one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed, and one with two 90 cm beds, as well as a baby bed. Bed linen is provided for your comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there are two separate toilets.



Electricity consumption above a certain limit must be paid for on site, available for an extra fee.



You enjoy a large shaded garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as access to a garage.



All shops, a swimming pool, and a lake are just 3 km away. Hiking trails are nearby, and another lake with a beach, water sports, and adventure activities is 10 km away.



The gîte is ideally located, equidistant from the Cantal mountains (Puy Mary, Salers) and the Lot valley (Rocamadour), making it an excellent starting point for exploring the region.
