The nearby town of Aulnay-de-Saintonge, only 8 minutes by car, has everything you need, including a supermarket, weekly market, bakery, and traditional bistro. The historic town of Saint-Jean-d’Angély is just a 20-minute drive away, offering a wider selection.



Pressoir Gite is part of La Garenne Family Gites and offers 140 sqm of space for up to 6 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a 160 cm bed and benefits from an ensuite with a walk-in shower, a sink unit with drawers, and a toilet. A large family bathroom with a walk-in shower, a free standing bath, a toilet, and a sink unit is located at the end of the hallway. The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oak kitchen table, chairs, and benches, all set beneath oak beam ceilings. Upstairs, you will find a lounge mezzanine area with views to the countryside, gardens, and pools. All bedrooms enjoy views of the pools, gardens, and countryside. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a high chair, and shared table tennis.



Outside, you can enjoy a private decked area at the rear of the property and a private terrace at the front, equipped with a grill and garden furniture.



One shared on-site parking space is available. Up to one pet is allowed. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
